Dr. Des, DNP, Founder & Medical Director

Dr. Des founded Seattle Beauty nearly a decade ago. It began as a mobile practice just before COVID, built around caring for her grandmother in memory care. She spent nearly two decades as an ICU nurse at UW Medicine and the Seattle VA. Today she leads our injectable and aesthetic medicine work and trains injectors across the greater Seattle area. Her specialties are neurotoxin, hyperdilute Radiesse, PRP, and holistic, science-based wellness. Still devoted to her nursing roots, she gives back as a preceptor for UW's DNP program. Her philosophy is natural results, conservative dosing, and never letting you leave looking like someone else.

Caroline Abraham, Licensed Master Aesthetician

Caroline is a true skin expert, and she'll only recommend what will genuinely help your skin. Her four years of experience span lasers, facials, lashes, brows, PRX, microneedling, and Morpheus8. She specializes in acne and collagen-stimulating treatments, and she led the expansion of Seattle Beauty's aesthetic services. Expect a clear explanation of exactly how each recommendation targets your concerns, and an experience that deeply supports the whole you.

Leila, Master Aesthetician, Phlebotomist & CNA

Leila wears many hats at Seattle Beauty. She handles skin services and our social media, and she's often at the front desk coordinating patient care. She specializes in pigment, collagen-stimulating treatments, and blood draws. Whether it's facials, brows, lasers, or building a treatment plan that fits your real-life routine, she'll help you find the right path. She also runs our weekend in-studio blood draws, so you can get labs done without the waiting room. She'll help you understand why your skin is doing what it's doing, and she'll make every visit feel like catching up with an old friend.

Jenilyn Lo, ARNP, CRNA

Jenilyn has worked alongside Dr. Des for nearly two decades, first in UW ICUs and now as fellow medspa owners. She owns our sister practice, Sitka Beauty in Sitka, Alaska, and still provides anesthesia services in hospitals. Together, she and Dr. Des train up-and-coming Seattle-area injectors in advanced techniques. Her specialties are hyperdilute Radiesse, neurotoxin, IV therapy, and medically managed weight loss. She brings a seasoned clinician's eye and a calm, thorough approach to every consultation.

Sam DeMaria, RN, Aesthetic Nurse Injector

Sam has spent more than seven years as a trauma ICU nurse and has been injecting for five. She excels at all things injectables and PRX, with a gift for lip filler and strategic Botox placement. Around here, she's known as the lip filler queen. Her favorite treatments are hyperdilute Radiesse and PRX Plus. Sam is fluent in Spanish!
