I had such an amazing experience during my salt facial by Dr. Des! even though I tend to have sensitive/ acne prone skin, my skin was left feeling so rejuvenated and clean. I highly recommend this facial.

I've had two visits with Dr. Des—one for botox in my "11s" and forehead, and the second for "The SaltFacial" + a little botox on my neck lines. Both appointments were great; she's very personable and makes you feel comfortable right away. She doesn't pressure you to get unnecessary treatments, but offers thoughtful suggestions. I also bought a skinbetter Science product (Alto Advanced Defense and Repair Serum). Note: This is an efficient, medical experience, not a spa experience. The benefits are that you don't need to change into a robe or add gratuity—just hop on the chair, get your treatment(s), and you're done. (Dr. Des took time to answer my questions and didn't rush me though, so it was the best of both worlds.) The office is conveniently located with a paid parking lot next door, or you can find free street parking. Highly recommend!

I can't recommend Dr. Des and Dr. Keri enough. I have seen both for botox (Xeomin). They both listen intently and make helpful recommendations on what will work to meet my needs. They are also very fair in terms of pricing and often conduct promotions that make things even more affordable. I am very grateful Dr. Des and Dr. Keri are in my neighborhood, but even if they weren't it'd be worth the drive to see them.

I’ve had a few different procedures/services done by Des. She is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I’ve gone to other doctors and med spas in the past and I trust her the most. My results were noticeable, but natural. I highly recommend going to this quaint medi spa located in the West Seattle junction, if you’re looking for injections and medical skin care services.
