Love Drs. Des and Keri! They are both amazing and I truly trust any and all of my care in their hands from Botox, to Sculptra, and Morpheus8! They are always bringing on the latest and greatest treatments and genuinely care in providing the best in aesthetics.

I really really wanted to like Seattle Beauty after it came highly recommended by a friend. I went in for botox and a skin consultation as my regular dermatologist is across town in Madrona and I was hopeful to find someone closer to home. I met with Dr. Keri who was really nice and did a great job of throughly listening to my skin concerns and what I was hoping to achieve. She talked me into trying a new botox formula that supposedly responds faster and lasts as long as regular botox. She also suggested I reach out to one of her contacts for regular intensive facials and offered to send along their info after our visit. She proceeded with the botox and I sadly have to say that it was extremely painful between my eyes during the procedure, even leaving me bruised and in pain in the area for days afterwards - I have never experienced that with other botox before. The results were also incredibly disappointing. I didn't feel like the lines on my forehead really improved much at all and all of the treatment wore off in less than a month. For $400 I would have expected similar results to my regular botox and therefore decided not to return for another visit. I had no plans to leave a review of my experience because I know that sometimes certain procedures just don't work out and I know Dr. Keri wanted great results for me. BUT, today I received a message from the clinic asking for me to come in for another procedure and after telling them I was disappointed with my results they simply brushed it off saying "thanks for the feedback and have a good day." In retrospect I probably should have reached out to them sooner to tell them my disappointment in my initial visit, but after telling them my results were not what I expected in response to them sending a text, I would have at least hoped for an apology and an inquiry of how to make it a better experience for me the next time. I also never received any info about the referral that Dr. Keri had mentioned she would send along. Overall, just not thrilled at all with my experience and would not recommend Seattle Beauty to others.

Des is a gem! I wrote to her and she reached out same day to chat about what I was interested in. A week or two later she followed up, had me send photos after everything had settled and asked me to come in for a touchup to ensure once everything was perfect. I will definitely be a regular customer

I always feel more fresh after her treatments and really look forward to our appointments. The attention I get as a patient (prompt responses, excellent follow up) makes me feel very lucky to be working with Dr. Des. I can’t recommend Seattle beauty enough!

Dr. Des is the BEST! I've been getting treatments from her for years. She's incredibly knowledgeable and gives great guidance on options and skincare to keep me looking as youthful as possible. She knows how to keep it looking natural which is very important to me. I refer everyone to her! Highly recommend!!
