I am new to the world of injectables, and I feel so grateful to have been introduced to Dr Des! She is very knowledgeable about the work she does, which made me feel at ease, and i completely understood the whole process before we began. The space where Dr Des offers services is lovely and relaxing, definitely a vibe! I’ve see her 3 times and each experience has been really good 🙂

Dr. Des is the best in the business! I have been seeing her for years for my Botox and filler. Not only is she good at what she does, but she is very knowledgeable. Dr. Des provides the right guidance for the most natural look every time! I trust her 100% with my face!

Loved my sea salt facial. I have combo skin with an oily t-zone and frequently have psoriasis in my hairline, eyebrows, lids, and behind the ears. This facial resurfaced my skin, my skin was super soft and supple. Dr. Wood was phenomenal. Explained the process prior to the facial and throughout. I felt really comfortable with the entire procedure. There was also a light glycolic peel, which helped bring one of my cystic pimples out. That pimple deflated the very next day and was super smooth. Loved the 20 min red infrared light session in the end. It wrapped everything up and put me in a super relaxed state. Thank you Dr. Wood. You are amazing!!! Posting photos of right after procedure and two days after. No makeup in either photo. Skin texture is completely improved 🥰

Des is amazing. She listens to my concerns and also gives me suggestions on what will make the biggest difference in my skin. I have done a variety of treatments with her, including Morpheous, which has made me look so much younger. I get anxious about new treatments, and Des takes time to explain the process, and provide me options. Botox, consult on troubling skin issues w Dr Des Wood. Dr Des is a gem for skincare. I feel incredibly fortunate to find her in my little corner of West Seattle, particularly at a time when I need ideas, expertise & a more involved maintenance plan for skincare & aging. Dr. Des is very down-to-earth, fun, personable, & multi-talented skilled professional: a great resource on current procedures, super skilled with a needle. She makes time professionally for my never ending questions, advice, replying in a hasty manner. I greatly appreciate her replies within few minutes. (…which is AMAZING considering how busy she is…) & can always rely on seeing her quickly. She is the only Dr, ( I have seen MANY in Fl, RI, & Wa for YEARS) who has IMMEDIATELY helped me treat melasma, aging/ sun spots, creating better looking skin on my face within days. I now also have dry, sagging skin. I fight blotchy skin for a variety of reasons. I am approaching the age where losing elasticity from aging is happening rapidly. I always leave her office feeling like I have some sort of small plan to ease my transition into aging while looking the best I can with reasonable goals, & feel good that we spot the same areas of concern and share the same vision. I look forward to our future procedures for my very needed treats of skin treatment, correction,& rejuvenation self -care girl sesh.

Dr. Des immediately made me feel welcome and happy to be trusting her with my face. She did a great job with my Botox (weeks in, big change!) and was wonderful about listening to my particular, very picky, wants and priorities. I like that she will proactively offer possible products or treatments for areas where I express interest. I’ve 100% found my new medispa home!
