I absolutely loved my experience at Seattle Beauty with Dr Keri. She is incredibly knowledgeable about skin care and treatments and takes the time to talk and get to know her patients. The office is located in a very convenient area and I'm thrilled to find a provider I can trust right here in West Seattle (vs heading downtown or 1st hill).

I cannot recommend this place enough, the team here is incredibly passionate about what they do and will go the extra mile to make sure you are getting the care that you need. I have VERY sensitive skin, and my first treatment went without a hitch with Dr. Des. I was very nervous and Dr Des made sure to answer all of my questions and gave me a meditation stick to help ease my nerves. It totally worked—didn’t feel a thing! Even in the after care, Dr Des was checking in to make sure everything was going well. To top it off, almost 50% of my unwanted hair was removed on that first round! My second treatment, we used the exact same settings as the first round and my sensitive skin decided to show up—I had a very negative reaction: an abnormal amount of swelling and rashes in the treatment area. The reaction happened over a holiday weekend and once I told Dr. Des how different my skin was reacting, she went above and beyond by doing a house visit!! She assessed the reaction on-site and came with medications to help address the symptoms and helped answer all of the questions I had. After about a week, my symptoms were gone! For my third round, we opted to reduce the settings and that seemed to help. I still have a few more sessions left, but I am thrilled with the results and would recommend Seattle Beauty to anyone!
